1: what are the payment methods for top-up?
Currently there are 3 types of top-up methods: Fiat wallet, LOVE token, and DEAR token.
2: DEAR top-up has been published recently, can we know more about the details?
First of all, I would like to thank the community for giving us valuable feedback, one of them consists of the DEAR token top-up. After serious consideration, we have decided to develop this function, after all, the views from our community are precious for us to improve.
Let me explain the rules for DEAR token top-up below:
DEAR and LOVE is equivalent 1:1
100 diamonds = 300 DEAR/LOVE
1 diamond = 1 vip experience
Complimentary of 1000 diamonds per 10k token top-up
Ensure that there is enough DEAR and BNB for transaction
Diamonds can be claim through in game mail after successful top-up
3: Fiat top-up has been implemented for awhile, can you introduce us to this?
In order to fulfill the needs of players from different regions of the world, we have developed fiat top up function.
The current fiat top up payment method consists of Touch n’ go，ALIPAY_HK，GCASH，DANA，BPI，Maybank QR，Boost，Grabpay. We are in contact with new suppliers for more payment methods.
Let me introduce the rules for fiat top up below:
You can get double diamonds for your first top-up through fiat method. It means that you can purchase a batch of diamonds and another batch of diamonds will be complimentary.
Diamonds will be sent to account immediately after successful top up.
1 diamonds = 1 vip experience point
You do not have to worry about the transaction fee for fiat up, we will settle it for you.
